CARD-A-DAY CHALLENGE DAY 20

More popular than ever. Who doesn't love a handmade card?

CARD-A-DAY CHALLENGE DAY 20

Today's challenge is to create a card using paper piecing. It can be as simple as cutting geometric shapes to create a design like the little sail boat on my card below.

Here's an example.

Oh, I haven't used paper piecings in a long time. But I love them and am sure I have plenty in my stash (especially from swaps)...Gonna see if I can find time for this.

I have tons and tons of Paper Piecings from swaps that I did a long time ago on LM, but never used them, but were to cute to get rid of....especially with them making a huge come back, I might have to drag them out.

My goal is to get at least one card done this month!!

Jan- what did you use again to do the texture on the white cardstock....gotta get that....it just makes the card!

i used a cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder. if you don't have a cuttlebug you can use the old red sizzix or a rolling pin.
